"I was a customer of Mike Gaines State Farm office for about 12-13 years before changing to a different agent last year. I was fed up with not receiving the quality of service I had received when I first became a customer. I even tried to go to the office to discuss my frustrations with Mike, and he passed me off to someone else and left. I did not feel he cared anymore for my business, so I switched to someone else who will talk to me and listen when I have concerns."

"I've had insurance with these guys for several years, and never had a complaint. We currently have all of our insurance with them, last summer we found out that we needed a new roof, I called Sam at Mike Gains Insurance, and I had a check in my account in 4 days. "This location and it's owner and it's worker's are absolutely excellent and they listen to you and they do what you ask and extremely polite.
